Thank you for trusting us with your home or business place and fine furnishings. We want you to have the best experience with the least amount of inconvenience. In preparation for your upcoming appointment, please read the following:
Please ensure the parking space nearest to the main entrance is available for our van. It is important that we have the closest access point to bring in the hoses connected to our truck.
Please thoroughly vacuum the carpets/furniture that we will be cleaning prior to our Technicians arrival.
Our Technicians are happy to clean around furniture, but we ask that furniture be moved prior to their arrival if needed.
Upon our Technician’s arrival please communicate all major areas of concern. Odor, stains etc.
Please communicate to our Technicians which areas you would like pet treatment.
For your pet’s safety, we request that they be in a separate area prior to our Technician’s arrival as the door will remain slightly open during the cleaning.
Our Technicians will do their absolute best to arrive within the 1 hour scheduled window. Job times vary, and sometimes take longer than anticipated. Our Technicians will send an “on the way” text when they are headed your direction.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation of appointment with less than 24 hours notice will carry a $50 cancellation charge due the day of scheduled service.
